Kirtan and Meditation with Mirabai
(through Integral Yoga: 7pm-8:30pm)

Mirabai will offer call and response chants on harmonium and guitar. Kirtan helps us to focus the mind and open the heart and clear our emotional states so we can let go of the mental gripping and drop into a deeper place of peace in the heart. The Integral Yoga community has always been dear to Mirabai’s heart, it’s where she did her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2004. She’s offered Kirtan here since, and wishes to still hold this from her living room, than at the institute for chanting can be so helpful at this time.
