Join us for Kirtan on the 3rd Thursday of every month. An evening of Bhakti Yoga, a community gathering, chanting and meditation. Chant sheets are provided of the mantras.

  Navaratri Kirtan and Meditation Join Mirabai for her last kirtan event before she leaves for her pilgrimage to India. There will be a focus on goddess chants in celebration of Navaratri.

  New Moon Kirtan and Meditation Come together in community to celebrate this special time of year with songs from all faiths for the holiday season.

Kirtan and Meditation at Integral Yoga:  7pm-8:30pm Come together with the Integral Yoga community for an evening of kirtan and meditation.  Mirabai will offer call and response chants on harmonium and guitar accompanied by other guest musicians like Michael J Padilla on percussion and PJ on tambora…  Kirtan helps us to focus the mind and open the heart and clear our emotional states so we can let go of the mental gripping and drop into a deeper place of peace in the heart.  The Integral Yoga community has always been dear to Mirabai’s heart, it’s where she did her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2004.  $15 in advance, or $20 at the door
