Saturday August 9th
Kirtan and Meditation at Integral Yoga:
7pm-8:30pm
Come together with the Integral Yoga community for an evening of kirtan and meditation. Mirabai will offer call and response chants on harmonium and guitar accompanied by other guest musicians.
Kirtan helps us to focus the mind and open the heart and clear our emotional states so we can let go of the mental gripping and drop into a deeper place of peace in the heart. The Integral Yoga community has always been dear to Mirabai’s heart, it’s where she did her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2004.
