    Earth Day Outdoor Yoga & Silent Sunset Meditation Hike in Tennessee Valley with Mirabai
    Sat. April 22nd: 6-8pm
    Our yoga spot~ so much grass again!
    We leave our cars in the Tennessee Valley parking lot and gather by picnic tables on the grass for a barefoot yoga stretch. (no mats needed.)   As a group we mindfully walk up a a beautiful steep trail for a reflective silent walk and meditate into sunset.  We share a little music and snacks once we come back down the hill.
    Please bring a head lamp/flash light and warm layers and a blanket or light cushion for meditation
    (where we meditate can be uneven ground.)

    $30-$40 suggested donation please & bring water & a healthy organic snack to share

    Great mid-day all levels gentle yoga class for those wanting to slow down and take longer stretches especially for the spine, hips and legs. Restorative yoga is also great for alleviating stress and creating a relaxation meditative response in the mind and nervous system.
